Everything I’ve worked towards is here, I did this…
I made my club into something I can be proud of
The men, the women, the kids - they’re all family
And family stick together
No matter what
Even when times get tough
Even when the good lord himself tests me
Even when he threatens to take things away
I won’t relent. I won’t ever give up on the ones I love
Especially her
My woman
My everything
Kirsty
I will fight to the bitter end, even if it may break me in the process
Kirsty
There’s never been a man like him
He’s the one I dream of
Honest, brave, and good to the very core
He’s the one I belong to
The only man that knows the heart of me…
But this is the one fight that he can’t command
He can’t twist and bend it his way
He can’t predict the outcome
Some things are best left untouched
Some words are best left unspoken
Because if they are allowed to break free
I don’t know if either of us will survive the fallout
Not this time
NOTE: Hutch is the last book in the Bracken Ridge Rebels MC, making it book 11 and is a Novella/short story written as a stand-alone with no cliff hanger and a HEA. Recommended for mature readers only as it contains adult themes...
Hutch and Kirsty’s story will touch you long after the words have been read. We also get a glimpse into Hutch as a younger man, when he first started the club and when he and Kirsty first met and leads into the present day. You do not want to miss the final chapter in this series.
Mackenzy Fox is an author of M.C. badass and contemporary enemies to lovers themed romance novels. When she’s not writing she loves vegan cooking, walking her beloved pooch’s, reading books and is an expert on online shopping. She’s slightly obsessed with drinking tea, testing bubbly Moscato, watching home decorating shows and has a black belt in origami. She strives to live a quiet and introverted life in Western Australia’s North West with her hubby, twin sister and her dogs.
I’m so glad that we got to read Hutch and Kristy’s story. From the very beginning Hutch has been the driving force in this series.
As a cocky 22 year old a chance encounter with a shy 18 year old woman changed both there lives forever.
“The fact is, you’re here. You’re mine now. Whatever happens from here, we can deal with it together.”
This story spans years and hardships. It gives us a look into the club before Hutch became president and turned this club from a one percent club to the legit club of today.
Kristy has never felt good about herself until she literally runs into a hot biker.
She’s a beautiful soul. The woman I always dreamed of. There is nothing I won’t do for her, and my kid.
I can not wait for The next book. It’s been a long time coming.
HUTCH'S BOOK SLAYS!! Hutch is a vital key person in this series and has been shouting for his own book since we first met him and this did not disappoint.
Hutch & Kirstys story is perfect, heart pulling and drama filed story. For me it connected dots and filled my heart as complete with these interconnected stories.
Hutch is a sweet sexy soul and damn he is smooth with words and can see that his and Kirsty's love is pure, passionate and real. There are some tough emotional scenes that hurt but the overwhelming love that laces steals the show.
I love the introduction to the new series and i am all friggin for it!!
Hutch is the eleventh and final book in the Bracken Ridge Rebels MC series. This book has been a long time coming, and I can honestly say it tied the series up beautifully, just like I knew it would.
There are so many things I adore about this book. I freaking loved reading about how Hutch and Kirsty came to be. They are the endgame, that is all. I loved seeing more of Hutch and his relationship with Deanna, as well as Kirsty’s relationship with each of our Bracken Ridge boys. This series really does have such a strong family unit, and it made my heart so full.
While I am so glad we got to read Hutch and Kirsty’s story, I am absolutely devastated that the series is now complete. That being said, I am so freaking excited to head to New Orleans next and to read all about Cash and Deanna in Mackenzy’s upcoming series, Nola Rebels MC.
Mackenzy, thank you for bringing these characters to life! I cannot wait to see where you take Nola Rebels MC! 🔥
So here’s the deal. I came into the Bracken Ridge Rebels MC universe VERY late to the game. I am not mad about it at all! Hutch is the center of the entire series and this gave me everything I needed to go and binge the other 10 books in the series. “Hutch” by Mackenzy Fox may have been my introduction to Fox’s writing but it will NOT be the last. I am hooked.
Hutch, our MMC, meets our FMC, Kirsty when a coffee run goes wrong and the two physically bump into each other. Kirsty knows who Hutch is and who he associated with — the Bracken Ridge Demons MC. He’s confident, dangerous and he knows it and it irritates her that he’s so gorgeous. Hutch hasn't seen Kirsty around but when she looks up at him, he falls instantly. Kirsty is the most beautiful woman he has ever seen and has curves for days that make his mouth water— but she hides her body and he hates it. While out on a run with some of the other brothers, Hutch discovers that Kirsty’s father is in debt to the MC and he thinks he lost her forever. One apology and intimate moment together, Hutch and Kirsty have sealed their fate and they’re about to drown in each other. He saves her and she ignites a fire inside him. Hutch continues to surprise Kirsty with all the kindness and attentiveness he has inside and Hutch does everything in his power to convince Kirsty that she’s perfect and anyone who doesn’t think so is an idiot. They face it all during their many, many years together but in the end, no matter what, love conquers all. Soul mates are real and it’s them.
I have recently rewatched Sons of Anarchy which sparked my need for MC romances and “Hutch” hit all the things I needed and more. I love a dark, violent MC romance but I also like when it’s not 100% centered on violence — I appreciate some balance! Hutch and Kirsty’s story is just wonderful from start to finish. Kirsty needed Hutch to break out of her shell and become more confident and Hutch needed Kirsty to bring out more of that soft gooey center that’s trapped inside of his hard tattooed shell. They’re a match made in heaven and I loved every second. I mean I am Team Hutsty forever and ever. Now that I’ve had a taste, I want more. and more and more!
Fox’s character development was really well done because this book was covering a big chunk of time in their relationship and they “grew” up so seamlessly. It never once felt rushed or that I missed anything in their story. That’s how well the book is written. I read this book in about 3 hours and it was 3 hours well spent. Fox pulled at my heart strings with this lovey, intense biker boy and his curvy, sassy woman. I recommend this book and series to anyone who loves a MC romance that isn’t just illegal jobs and brutal violence.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
Hutch built the Bracken Ridge Rebels MC from the ground up. He has made the club into something he can really be proud of. He now has a really big family and all the members and their families feel that way too. No matter what happens they always stick together. He is a man who never gives up on anything ever. Especially the woman he is so crazy about. His woman. His everything. He is more than willing to fight for her to the bitter end. Even if it costs his everything and breaks him in the process. Kristy feels the same way about Hutch. He is the man of here dreams. He is the only one who really knows the real her. But she has a fight that he can't fight for her. He can't tell her how it will all come to an end. She is not sure that if this thing comes out that she and Hutch can survive this thing. It would be the first time ever and there is just no way that she can lose him. This is a story that I don't think that I will ever be able to forget. It has been days since I finished this story and I am still thinking of it like I just finished it. I loved that we got to see Hutch in his younger days when he was just building the club and when he first met Kristy. I love when we get to experience the past of the characters we are reading about. He even took the club full of one per-centers and turn it into the legitimate club it is today. If you are a fan of MC reads then you do not want to miss this book. It is one you won't be able to put down and certainly not forget.
We go back to where these 2 first met and what the MC was like before. Writing flows and easy to read.
Kirsty is not used to attention and has body image issues. Hutch loves her just the way she is. He continues to tell her this and she soon feels a lot more confident.
After an altercation the club has affects Kirsty, Hutch realises that the path the club is taking isn't what he wants to be doing but has no choice as he doesn't have the authority to make changes.
The whole club is different now and it has been good to see the progress throughout the book. The characters were really well written and I loved Hutch when he was with Kirsty. They were devoted to each other. Kirsty is there through it all over the years and they have had their ups and downs. They loyalty in each other never waivers, especially when certain things come to light.
Hutch was a dirty talker and this continued right through their relationship. These two become the pillars of the MC and I enjoyed seeing the changes that Hutch made and how different the club had become under his reign.
This was a really good wrap up to the series and good tie in to the next! Have enjoyed this series very much!
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spice: 🔥🔥.5 Relationship: MW Tropes/content: Motorcycle club, small town romance, good girl/bad boy, virgin main character, possessive hero Series: Bracken Ridge Rebels #11
⚠️Check triggers⚠️
Hutch, a member of the Bracken Ridge Demons, is heading into a coffee shop when he collides with Kirsty, the new shy girl in town. There's an instant connection between them. Despite their differences, they can't help but fall in love. With Kirsty by his side, Hutch works hard to change his club and help them move towards legitimate businesses only. Kirsty and Hutch navigate life together and fall deeper in love.
This is the final book in the series and a bittersweet ending. I honestly wasn't that interested in Hutch's story, but this ended up being in my top five from the series. I fell so in love with Hutch and Kirsty as a couple. They're equally obsessed with one another and have a beautiful relationship. I'm sad to say goodbye to the Bracken Ridge family, but I'm SO ready for Cash and Deanna's story. I've been begging for it since Gunner's book, which is book two, so it's been awhile. Age gap, dad's best friend, and he's president of a motorcycle club? Yeah, it's going to be a good one 😏
Thank you to Mackenzy Fox and Peachy Keen for the early copy in exchange for an honest review!
Oh my gosh Mackenzy! You truly did an amazing job with this book. I’m not sure if I can form the words in this review to express how wonderful this book was. This series couldn’t have ended any better. Hutch stole my heart, I had a tear in my eye when I got to the last page because I so didn’t want to say goodbye to this series. I loved seeing Hutch and Kirsty’s relationship progress over the years, and how they had their struggles but their love for each other won out in the end. They came out stronger than ever. Even when Hutch made a huge mistake, Kirsty was able to overlook it and forgive him. And seeing him stand by her at the end of the book, he proved beyond a shadow of a doubt how strong his love was for her and my heart melted. It’s been a crazy ride with the Bracken Ridge Rebels and I hate to see it over, but I’m so excited to head to New Orleans next and see Cash and Deanna’s story play out!
This was the perfect ending to the original Bracken Ridge Rebels MC! I've always wanted to know Hutch and Kirsty's story. It definitely wasn't an easy road for them. Hutch was in a club that was heading down the wrong path. Kirsty was living in the shadow of her sister, never really living her own life. All it took was once accidental meeting to change the course of both their lives. I enjoyed getting to see them throughout the different stages of their marriage. Seeing Hutch turn the club around, them becoming parents to Deanna, saving Gunner and Summer, and them becoming a family with all the MC brothers we love. We also get a little view of Cash through out the years as well. Can't wait for Cash and Deanna's story, I'm sure Hutch is real happy about that... I love the family dynamic they all have and the banter with all the brothers. I'm sad this is the end but excited to see what's happening in NOLA!
I highly recommend this series for anyone who loves MC romance!
We are finally at the end of this journey with the Bracken Ridge Rebels MC series. With hopes of glimpses of the old gang in the spin-off series that is to come.
Hutch and Kirsty’s story was just the icing on top. I loved going back to where it all began. To see how Hutch won over the Mama Bear of the clubhouse. To see that she was determined to land on her feet no matter how her family made her feel. Hutch was biding his time as a young member of the MC when she crossed his path. She was his and she just didn’t know it. Hutch had big dreams and hopes for the future of the club. He knew if he kept his head low and kept his mouth shut he could rise through the ranks to become the president of the MC one day.
The past then meets the present and we see where they both land. We also get a hint of how the spin-off series will begin with no other then Hutch and Kirsty’s daughter Deanna.
I am beyond sad that this series has come to an end 😢
It was soooo damn good
Content warnings were on point for this book, lol
Hutch begins from when He & Kirsty first met (He's 22 and she's 18). The story begins in the past and slowly builds to the present, which made it easy to understand
Nwaah kirsty and hutches' story was the absolute sweetest. Hutch was an absolute softy when it came to kirsty, and kirsty she was and is beautiful just took a real man to show her and bring out her fierceness.
These two fell hard and fast but were so right for each other. Hutch helped kirsty to realize she really was beautiful, and he helped her find her confidence to be her true self and to chase her goals, kirsty believed in hutch and his ultimate dream goal of becoming prez one day she trusted him an his instincts. The support these two showed to each other is amazing.
OMG! I absolutely loved Hutch and Kirsty’s amazing love story! I have always wanted to know more about them and this was everything I could have hoped for and so much more.
Hutch is a cocky young man who gets instantly swept away by a shy and beautiful young Kirsty. Even with their first encounter you could feel that instant connection they have. But it would take a little bit of persuasion from Hutch before he can snag Kirsty’s heart. These two were just so adorable together.
But their story wasn’t always happy, they go through some hardships and some little blips, making their bond stronger in the end.
Such a fantastic story that pulled on my heartstrings throughout and had me soaring with so much love for Hutch and Kirsty, plus all of the incredible men and women of the Bracken Ridge Rebels MC.
This story is the final chapter of the Bracken Ridge Rebels MC series. It gives you a real look into the past of Hutch and his achievements with the club. He has worked hard to get it to the level it is and how much pride he has in his MC family. Hutch also fell in love with Kirsty along the way and how strong the bond is between them is amazing. There are ups and downs along the way and even a separation as well. The loving journey these characters take shows the strength of their bond. There is no doubt they truly belong to each other. I was deeply touch when Kirsty faced a battle that just broke my heart. Hutch was there to help her through it. Yes it brought tears to my eyes. These characters are amazing and truly have a strong bond. Can’t wait to read the next series from Mackenzy Fox! Outstanding reads here!
I think I started crying even before I started the book, knowing that this is the last one in the series. I’m still not okay with that. I’m always going to want more. This is just such an epic love story. We get to see how Hutch and Kristy came to be, despite (at the surface level) appearing to be complete opposites. We also get to see how the club used to be, it was awful and not a thing like the club we see in the series. Hutch is just perfect. Between being sweet, alpha, and having a dirty mouth - he’s just so yummy. We also get to see and understand a little bit more of how Gears came to be, what caused their brief separation, and some current difficulties. This book made me cry at various parts. Have tissues handy and enjoy the ride!
I received a copy of this arc in exchange for my honest review. Hutch, oh my goodness! This book brings it back to when and where it all began. Hutch the club Prez, him and Kirsty’s story, and how Bracken Ridge Rebels began. I didn’t know how much I needed this story until now. The story writing , the buildup to the present, it was all just outstanding. These two are amazing together. Their love for one another was palpable, such an amazing bond between them and their chemistry was outrageous. The steam was SUPERB. I felt all the emotions in this book. Mackenzy couldn’t have put together a better wrap up for this series. I devoured this within 4 hours. I whole heartedly recommend this entire series! This was just remarkable.
Three things that made this book fantastic 1. It's a motorcycle club romance, 2. It's by one of my favorite authors, and 3. The main male character is a silver fox. This couple was everything and more honestly couple's goal. When I first started this series and continued to read it I knew I needed Hutch and Kristy to get a book and now it is here. These two are a power couple, they are the parents of the mc family. This book will put you in your feelings. Please know these two do not have a fairytale love story. Their story is filled with pain and love. This couple struggles. This couple you will fall in love with. Hutch and Kristy will always have a place in my heart.
So grateful that we get Hutch and Kirsty’s story. I’ve always wanted to see it and the wait was so worth it.
They have a rather unusual first meeting and she is rather the innocent woman but then again she’s 18 am when they meet. But Hutch makes her want to get down and dirty. He may be part of an MC but he’s perfect for her. Her home life is not a bed of roses though her parents are more emotional vampires that suck the “life” out of her.
Pick up this book for the steam, angst, heartbreak, and thrills.
* I received this book as an ARC for an honest review:
Rounding out everyone's happily ever after in the Bracken Ridge MC Series is the finale, an origin-style novella for the Prez and his Old Lady 😘
Hutch and Lristy have been an integral part of every members' lives. Snippets have clued a reader into some of the rocky moments, but their love knows no bounds.
Timeline starts at their beginning and leads to the present. Loved their story, 35 years of being together ❤️
Leads into Cash, Prez of NOLA Rebels MC, and Deanna, their wild child of a daughter 🥳
Finally we have a book about Hutch who built this MC from the start. He never gives up and now he has his chosen family. Now he has to fight for the woman who is his. Kirsty has a fight all on her own though and Hutch is the only one who has seen the real version of herself. I love the opposite attract as they are completely different but are fantastic together. This is a standalone in a series but this is the last of the Bracken Ridge Rebels and though I am sad that is over I can't wait to see the next series really. Mackenzy knows what her readers love!
I could not put this book down! I sat down and was enveloped in the story if Hutch and Kirsty. This is a standalone story so previous books are not needed but highly recommended because some of the characters do show up in other books. This is the story of how Hutch met Kirsty and started his Motorcycle Club which is the basis for the whole series. This was so well written and had such a great storyline that I devoured it. Highly recommend this book if you have read any of the others in the series.
Wow, what a read. This book blew me away and kept me reading until the last page. It moves along at a speed that is perfect for this story speeding up and slowing down when needed which makes for an easy and enjoyable read. You will fall in love with these characters and no matter what happens you want to be there for them. This book needs to be on your TBR list, no doubt about it. You will not be sorry that you did.
I’m so happy we get Hutch and Kristy story as our final book to this incredible series. We will see their relationship begin and grow thru the years. We also get to see how much the club has change since it was start. And we also see Cash’s journey through out, so we get to know little about him before the next series start. I hate to say goodbye to the series but I can’t wait to start the next series.
What a beautiful ending. I loved reading how Hutch and kirsty got to be. Full of love, drama and fun. They are a big part of the series and it was great to fill in the blanks with their story. I would love to read more about their time apart and how that fully went down but all in all this was a great read. Im very sad that it's ending (till December 🤭) but I loved this whole series. The club has its ups and downs but in the end its family x

Mackenzy Fox is the M.C. series QUEEN!!! I have lived the Bracken Ridge Rebels since book 1. Hutch just might be my favorite. He and Kirsty don't get anything easy. They have been through all kinds of drama. But even when they fall apart, they always find their way back. Substance abuse, medical issues, indiscretions, nothing can tear them apart. Theirs is the kind of love little girls dream of. Now point me towards the closest clubhouse!
Yes, I loved that we got Hutch and Kristy's story and as the final one at that. What a way to go out with a bang. This series was so good, and to have it end with these two was just the icing on the cake. So all through out the series we kinda watched their love grow, and the club how it all has changed over the years. Well done Mackenzy and I cannot wait to see the next chapter.
3.5 stars. I really liked the first half of this book, that focused on the start of Kirsty and Hutch's relationship. I wasn't really that into the series wrap up and present day stuff. I guess some of that was necessary to set up the next installment in New Orleans...
*This series has GREAT cover art/models that totally match the author’s depiction of the heroes.
This is the eleventh book in the Bracken Ridge Rebels MC series. Even though this is the last book, it is the beginning as it is the origin story. This book was Amazing. I loved reading this series and look forward to reading more from Mackenzy Fox. I loved every book in this series and Hutch's fit right in with the rest.
Hutch's story was a perfect story to end this series. I loved Hutch and Kirsty's love story. Her personality finally emerged after meeting Hutch, no longer believing the negative comments from her family. Hutch grew stronger with her by his side. This was one of my favorite stories in the series.
3.5* sweet stars. This was the entire story of Hutch & Kristy before Hutch was prez, and it's a good read, but I'm never a fan of going back in time unless it's brief and just to give some background. However, many readers will likely enjoy their story immensley. I enjoyed it, but was more interested in the Cash/Deanna storyline and am re-reading Cash now, which is the best!
