Here's the thrilling conclusion to a hot and action packed series!
I've loved being engrossed with Sawyer, Cain, Oliver, Dante, and Enzo in Black Creek. They have been through SO much and have finally found a middle ground. They all want to end the carnage that one ruthless man had brought on the town. Together, can they put everything aside and act as one to make things right again?
Red... trouble... spitfire... stripper... reaper... She is all that and more. The guys bring out the best in her. They dirty her up over and over again.
I did miss out on something that we saw often in the previous books. Maybe because the relationship of 5 was more important to build. It was a sweet and strong one so I missed out on it being showcased.
This story was packed with emotion, smexy times, revenge and so much more! If you're looking for a series with a badass girl, mafia men and gang members - this is the one!!

This had everything that was missing in my feelings in the other books.
It was just a quieter pace and we saw a little more of the boys feelings.In the previous books you did see some about the boys and what they were thinking, but now everything started to become clearer about why they are the way they are now.
The insecurities and the expectations they were hoping to experience in the future with Sawyer were so adorable to read. I really saw a difference in each of the man. And all the them finally starting to bond was also good to see.
I did feel robbed of an epilogue of Sawyer and the boys a few years later having children, or pregnant.

I'm gonna miss Sawyer and her four delicious guys!!!
What an amazing adventure i got to live beside these five!!! It was like watching an action movie with many sexy moments and a crazy cast!!! It was definitely one very intense ride and I enjoyed it to the fullest!!!
From the very first page of the first book till the very end I was enamored with Black Creek and its residents!!! Mafia men, gangsters, innocent bystanders, a wildcat and a thrilling background was the perfect mix for an explosive and wild result!!!
"How many cracks can a body take until it fractures?"
In the last installment of the Black Creek series, Sawyer managed to get her brother back but not without repercussions...
Her mafia princes are officially traitors for their owns and they are on the run and her beloved Rejects are coming into Giovanni's attention as the enemy...
Now, they have to find a middle ground and work together against the head of the mafia!!! But how these four can work together when they are barely tolerating each other???
Can their common soft spot for Sawyer become the catalyst to work together against the biggest threat???

I liked AND this book of the series... The author gave us a rollercoaster of a ride that I couldn't ever imagine...
Sawyer was working hard for her HEA and she was determined to make her guys to accept that her heart was divided in four equally pieces but it wasn't that easy!!!
At the same time, these five had too many difficult situations to face and I liked that I saw them becoming allies from enemies!!!
"She's mine. She's Oliver's. She's ours. And yet, she's also theirs, and I don't have a fucking clue what to do with that."
Kain, Oliver, Dante and Enzo couldn't be more different between them... I loved them so much because of these differences... Of course, I had a soft spot for Cain from the very first moment, but that doesn't made the rest of them less apealling to me!!!

Sawyer had so many nicknames and they were all very fitting of her!!! She was a tough girl full of confidence, big heart and bad intentions, but these four incredible men managed to tame this wild girl and I liked that I was a witness to her falling... To their falling for each other!!!

I am repeating myself, but this story is one of the best RH that I have ever read...
I liked how the author has built the connection between Sawyer and each one of the guys!!! I liked their journey to love... Yes, it was an unconventional kind of love between a girl and four guys but their journey was intense and full of beautiful bumbs...
This series were incredible and I am totally recommending them to you!!! This story certainly deserves your attention!!!

I'm so sad this is the last book. I've really enjoyed listening to this series this past week.
This ended on such a high note. I could not have imagined a better ending regarding Dante's dad and everything that came with him. I was really curious how RA Smyth would play this, and I was not dissapointed.
I'm also gonna miss these characters. I enjoyed seeing the guys realise maybe the others weren't so bad after all. But man am I gonna miss Enzo and Oliver, I love those two.
I definitely look forward to reading more by this author in the future.

I enjoyed this series and I really liked the heroine, but I can't say I loved the series as much as I thought I would. After reading Pacific Prep series from this author and loving it I think I just had too many expectations for this one and it didn't live up to them. I think the main thing was that the men were so separated and there wasn't any type of bond between all four of them.
Overall though, the books were really fun to read and had me invested throughout all four. And now I'm really excited to see what will be next from Ms. Smyth

What an ending for the Black Creek crew! I really enjoyed seeing all five of them come together finally to figure things out as a team.
Sawyer really carries this story - her determination to bring her guys together and to accomplish what they set out to do from the beginning really drove the story forward and kept me reading to see where things would go for them. She ends up taking matters into her own hands to make things happen and I really couldn’t have imagined any other way things could have ended.
Cain, Oliver, Dante and Enzo spend most of this book trying to figure out how to play nice together and make their dreams for Black Creek become a reality. I feel like we really get to see new sides of everyone in this book - Cain is more open and trusting, Oliver is more of a badass and finally comes to his senses, Dante is incredibly sweet and trusting when it comes to Sawyer and Enzo has some hidden depths that he hides behind his humor. They each play a part in making Black Creek the place they always wanted it to be.
I really enjoyed the progression of their relationship - the five of them created something unique and weirdly perfect for them, something that just worked. This book really captured that but I would have loved to see more of a flash forward for them in the epilogue to see where things were a few years in the future.
Sad that this series is complete, but excited to see what’s next from R.A. Smyth!

I was not ready AT ALL for this series to end, and I'm feeling a little lost now that it has.
What a conclusion though, Rachel did a phenomenal job at tying this series up and bringing these five formidable characters together once and for all.
Man oh man the tension between the guys in this one was at an all-time high, and there were some hilarious testosterone-filled face off's which I am always up for. I have gone around in circles trying to decide who I love more, but Rachel had done an absolutely incredible job in creating four of the most intense, intriguing and downright drool-worthy alpha males that it's actually impossible to pick. And Sawyer... I don't think I could love her anymore if I tried. She is so strong, resilient, and a complete and utter badass!! She is one of the strongest FMC I have read and I seriously wish we could have more from all of them.
If you are after a dark, gritty, mafia/gang romance then seriously look no further than R.A's Black Creek Series. You will not be disappointed, I can guarantee you!

Chaos and Carnage begins exactly as the title suggests, amidst the chaos of finding Sawyer soon followed by the carnage her guys dish out along the way. And it doesn't stop there as Sawyer and her boys attempt to save the streets of Black Creek from the threat of Giovanni.
It has also been very clear from the start that if Sawyer wants her harem of ruthless gang leaders and merciless mafia men she is going to have do it her damn self! Which is exactly what she does but whether or not she is successful in her endeavours I will leave for the reader to find out.
Although I must confess I seem to have developed a girl crush on Sawyer there are times when she is so infuriating! I don't care if it comes from a good place! Or because she cares and feels and loves her men so deeply that the thought of losing them is incomprehensible and immeasurable agony coursing through her veins! But she would't the strong, independent, badass Reaper if she wasn't! She is so different to the most FMC's completely capable of getting things done herself and not ending up like a damsel in distress. But if she does, she's already gotten herself free and halfway home before her guys can even begin a rescue attempt.
We meet a new character Blue who has been mentioned before in this book and I have to say I need more! Maybe in a spin-off series? His own novella? Maybe with a little more of Marcus who has appeared in two of the authors series now and though his character is more prominent in this series he still needs his own book! So this is me requesting it! And maybe throw in a grumpy gangleaders traumatised sister who he has been helping?????
Chaos and Carnage has everything a reader could possible need, full of adrenaline spiking, action packed scenes that have you biting your nails and offering up everything and anything to the author gods to ensure your favourite characters live! But what I must say are my favourite bits are the slower, more sentimental, calm bits where their future as a family looks a tiny weeny bit more possible! Chaos and Carnage just has everything, a strong dark male feeling for the first time, the grumpiest person on the planet with a heart of gold, the peacemaker with a hint of trouble and the dangerous jokester who lightens every occasion, sometimes inappropriately and yet it still makes you laugh! A truly remarkable read with tons of bants!

To say that I was looking forward to this would be a huge understatement, I have been waiting on pins and needles for the final book for these characters once I finished the last two chapters of book three and boy did it deliver! 👏🏻 I can admit I had a lot of expectations going in about what I wanted when it came to the plot, the enemies to bros progression, and the spice and I got everything I wanted plus more! You would think that it would feel rushed having the two sides of the harem going from bitter enemies to accepting each other all in one book but that was not the case! I felt like there was a natural progression for these characters and omg the witty banter that we got from these men throughout the book had me squealing and laughing so many times! I would also like to say that those group scenes were SO SATISFYING, the build up was most definitely worth the pay off! 🥵
That's not to say that everything was all sunshine and rainbows because there were also lots of emotional moments and TONS OF ACTION! I was actually surprised by how much action we got, it had definitely been a long time coming but it was nice to actually have multiple fight scenes over the course of the book as oppose to one big one. I also absolutely adored the way the final battle went, it felt perfect for the story and like we came full circle to how everything started, I don't think I could have planned it better if I had tried. All of this to say that this was the perfect ending for our gang of misfits and I quite honestly couldn't have pictured things going down or ending any differently than they did! Congrats Rachel on another completed series, it was a great one! 🥳❤️
That's not to say that everything was all sunshine and rainbows because there were also lots of emotional moments and TONS OF ACTION! I'm so sad to see this incredible series be over, but WHAT a fucking ride it was, am I right?! With that epic cliffy from the last book and all that was going on between Sawyer and Oliver, I couldn't wait to have this baby in my hands. And I absolutely devoured this poor book! And I'm gonna go back and start the series all over again now that I can just binge read since I'm not ready to say goodbye.

Bittersweet ending!
This book takes off right where book 3 ended! We are engrossed in all things Red. With all differences set aside, they alone have one mission. End Giovanni Antonelli. Together, Red, Dante, Enzo, Cain and Oliver are a powerhouse and end up coming together for this ultimate goal. Along the way they finally realize that nothing is more important to them than Red. She is their prize and as long as they don't kill each other, she's all that matters.
This book, like the others in the series is action packed and full of takes-overs and attacks. The sexiness is at an all-time high and they all bring so many different things to the table, I loved the bickering back and forth throughout the book.
We are brought back to a character that we have really only been minimally introduced to before and I think we will be seeing more of in the future. "Blue." I hope he gets a story later so we can get more from the private techy man that saved Red.
This book ended in the ultimate way with Red doing what she does best. The epilogue left you wanting so, so much more, but all in all, it was a good way to end the series. This series overall was amazing, and I will be missing these characters immensely.

We’ve finally come to the end of the Black Creek series by @rasmythauthor and oh what an ending it was! Chaos & Carnage delivered on its name!
We’ve picked up right where book three left off as the guys hunt for Sawyer. It doesn’t take too long for them to track her down, but it’s clear that girl has been through the ringer in this series!
And let’s not forget the real enemy - with Giovanni teaming up with the Grim Reapers, the battle has now expanded on two fronts. But all of this serves to bring Sawyer’s guys together, something I was sure was impossible given the egos on these fellas!
Cain, Oliver, Enzo, and Dante thankfully realize they need to come together to not only make it out alive, but have the future they all dreamed of. The steam is hot as always but we finally got that group scene and woo was it worth the wait!!
I can honestly say I’m beyond happy with the way this series came to a close. That’s a wrap on another amazing series by RA Smyth! Next up, we’re back with Emilia and I can’t wait to see what she’s been up to since Pac Prep!!

What a wonderful wrap up to one of my favorite series. Dark, gritty, gripping and steamy...I couldn't get enough. Although some angsty situations pop up, the last book was pretty low key emotionally. Sawyer continues to be a warrior heroine even if she worries about her men. Dante and Enzo step up in a dangerous situation and make a stand for the woman they love. I really was impressed when they had lost everything familiar and their home...these guys were all in. Cain and Oliver keep Sawyer steady and grounded. Like Sawyer, I was worried how these two strong duos would mesh with one another but like a pro she is the glue that holds them together. This entire series was so addictive and I want to read everything that's based on this world. It's my obsession.

I'm so bummed this series is over!
This entire series has been so hard to put down from the start of the book. It completely sucks you in.
It's rare I really love a female character but I couldn't get enough of Sawyer!
She's sassy and independent, but also incredibly loving. Which is not something you usually see from fmc's that are very strong characters.
Everything she does is for others, whether it's for Luc or the people of blackcreek.
Then you add in her pack of broken men and the series just gets better.
Each of the guys is so different and so broken yet they've all got more in common than they would ever want to admit.
Sawyer brings out the best and the worst of all of them, and helps them face their monsters as they help her with hers.
And when they're together it is HOTTT! 🥵
All of them together are an absolute powerhouse. No matter what the antonellie's threw at them they found a way to get through it together.
The character growth throughout this series is phenomenal.
Queen Sawyer has never fit more than throughout this book.

An exciting and fast paced finale to the Black Creek series! The pacing was great, the character development (especially between the men) was amazing, and the sex was hot. There's more combos in this one as the men get used to the idea of all being with Sawyer, so that's obviously a great time. I'm hoping we get to see Evie's story (maybe with Marcus.. maybe with Blue??) and I hope we get to see more from Blue, the mysterious tech genius who helped save Sawyer. Towards the end, some of the dialogue was a little cheesy but everything was wrapped up nicely and felt complete so overall this was a pretty damn good series!

A perfect ending to an amazing series! This book hit allllll the spots for me and I'm actually so sad that this series has come to an end. RA Smyth found a way to bring four men (men that were quite literally ENEMIES) together in order to not only please this hard-headed woman, but also to essentially save Black Creek and she absolutely NAILED IT! If you're looking for a new RH/Why Choose series to start, I absolutely recommend this one! The amount of action is out of this world and who doesn't love a woman who can protect herself?! Amazing!

I’m not sure I’m ready for this to be over!
I know that these guys deserved a happily ever after, but I didn’t want to say goodbye. Sawyer is a Queen. She’s got such a fierce, protective and slightly murdery personality. We can appreciate all of those things about her though. Cain, Oliver, Enzo and Dante were never going to want the quiet and delicate women, Sawyers strength and protectiveness make her the best fit for the caring Oliver, hardheaded Cain, dominating Dante and Enzo being a little of each.
If you’ve read any previous series by this author you know that they all have small character overlaps that make you want to Bing the entire world and although you don’t have to, I recommend it.
The ending for these was perfect and I can’t wait to see these guys in potential future books.

Chaos and Carnage is the fourth and final book in the Black Creek series. It's a bit bittersweet that we've reached the conclusion. This ENTIRE series has been one crazy, bad@ss ride.
This one picks up where the chaotic cliffhanger from Damaged & Deadly left us. Sawyer was badly injured to the point of blacking out. Her guys, Cain, Oliver, Dante, and Enzo are looking for her nonstop. They must work together to find her and stop Giovanni's chaos and bring peace to the city.

I have enjoyed every minute of this series and am so sad it’s ended. As much as I love Sawyer and how strong and resilient she is, never wavering from who she is as a person the entire time, what I have loved most about this series is the development of all the men in her life. They come from 2 very different worlds and being are forced to work together to not only to overcome many different issues within each world and one overarching figurehead, but also for the woman that they all love as much as she loves them.
I hope we get to dive back into this world again soon!✨

This series was a wild ride and I’m so glad I was here for it. These characters have been through so much and Sawyer was such a strong, resilient character throughout. I love how she made sacrifices, no questions asked and was the one to bring everyone together. I loved how the relationship progressed to something that was unique and worked for them.This was the perfect ending for the series and I can’t wait to see what Smyth writes next!

For the love of all that is holy!! This book was everything I really hoped it would be. The final book in the Black Creek series and the author did not hold back! Our fmc Sawyer is so badass!
All of the secrets and lies finally come to light in this finale! It is so action packed you don’t want to put the book down because you need to know what happens! I’m thankful it’s why choose, because I couldn’t choose between her four men. Possessive, protective, hot as sin men. Lord she’s a lucky girl.
If you haven’t read this series yet, I highly recommend it. It’s such an amazing world with in depth characters that have crossovers into the author’s other series. It’s why choose with a kick ass fmc who can hold her own! Start the series with Rebels & Rejects, and be prepared to become obsessed!

We’ve come to the end of Sawyer & the guys story, and the twists & turns with it are everything you’d want it to be. The action throughout this whole series, let alone this book will keep you invested and trying to figure out just how these enemies are going to come together to take Giovanni down. Oliver has been my favorite throughout this series but Dante has wiggled his way up the totem pole too! Despite the egos of both leaders of the Rejects & mafia princes, all four guys realize how important it is to stick together AND we get the group scene we’ve been waiting for! Super excited to see what comes next from this author!

A wild and crazy ride
The conclusion to Sawyers story was nothing short of epic! I was completely sucked back into the Black Creek world. My emotions were all over the place while reading this. I swear I was on the edge of my seat throughout the whole book. Sawyer to me was everything!! Such a phenomenal read!!
