Club Rapture Lock In- 7 deadly sins

This is an anthology of previews for a series releasing next year and I am only reviewing the MM one because the others are just not my thing even though some of them had scorching hot sex scenes.
A Night Of Rapture and Pride by Indie Black & Alisha Williams
-This is the first 6 chapters and the full book will be released early next year. The sin is pride and fuck was this hot. In order to get into Club Rapture, one has to fill out an application, get chosen and return the night of with a velvet invitation. At the door they get a bracelet in their sin’s color (purple for pride) and once the elevator shows that color, they’ll be brought to that floor for a night of debauchery.
Sebastian and Tanner lock eyes in the main room before going up the elevators and are drawn to each other. Tanner is 26 and trying something new for the first time while Sebastian is at least 10 years older and a regular. Sebastian uses this club to find a willing partner he can mold like clay into the perfect toy but finds Tanner is perfect just the way he is. These two have fuck hot sex all night and while they both felt a connection, they go their separate ways. However, their paths are about to cross in the real world and it appears this will be an office romance of some sort but it definitely will not be easy for them to be together.
I loved the 6 chapters and cannot wait to read the full book when released. I really have no desire to read anything else in this anthology although I did try some of the MMMF ones but they just weren’t my cup of tea. I’d recommend this anthology to anyone who likes kink and is open to pretty much anything but keep in mind, it’s just the first couple of chapters of books being released next year. That said, those few chapters were hot af. 🥵

I always have this impression of anthologies as mini films – they are straight to the point and the plot/smut is built up right from the start so there is no opportunity for boredom in between.
Ten authors wrote this anthology consisting of their 7 short stories which each represents a sin. I liked the diversity in pairings so it spiced up the book a little bit. The cliff hangers were all good because they all ended on the right page that left me wanting to read more of it (good news, it will be released eventually!)
I liked the idea of the 7 sins but I felt that the stories in this anthology was too short to classify it as a sin, some stories could have been a little longer with more tension and angst.
Otherwise, it is a good introduction and you’d definitely want to check this authors out!

From the very first story I was hooked!
Pride by Indie Beck and Alisha Williams-starting the book off with a delicious escapade between Bash and tanner, who together are explosive. What was supposed to be just one night of fun ends up in regret until their paths cross again.
Greed by C.E. Lashua- Layla spends an evening entertaining 3 wealthy young men, experiencing pleasure she’s never felt before. Until the tables turn and she finds herself in some deep water.
Lust by B. Livingstone and Indie Black- Riggs, Rowan, Declan and River embark on a new journey together. Well new for some of them. Brothers who love to share show River and Declan how much fun it can be. Until everything is put on hold by the ring of a phone and everything comes to a complete stand still.
(That ending has me hating that this isn’t the full book! 😩)

I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again…I. LOVE. ANTHOLOGIES. Through the many I’ve read, I’ve been introduced to so many wonderfully talented authors that I may never have heard of otherwise, and A Night of Sin and Corruption is no exception. With seven short stories, each themed after one of the deadly sins, each so very different with their execution and content, I just couldn’t get enough.
The stories all take place in the exclusive, invite-only Club Rapture on the night of one of their infamous lock-ins. Once those doors close, you’re not leaving til sunrise. My favorite part of the entirety of this book is that even though every story is told as an independent tale, many are interwoven with cameos and the illusive owner of the club kicking off the festivities, creating a cohesive experience. OH! And each and every one will be continued in forthcoming books!
So, what can you expect? Debauchery. Revelry. Desire. Domination. Submission. Taboo. Pain. Vengeance. Violence. Revelations. Awakenings. And ohhhh soooo much steam. Trust me, there’s no shortage of ongoings to stimulate the senses between the covers of this collection.
As expected with all anthologies, there were a few stories that stood apart from the others, immediately adding the authors that penned them to my watch list, my particular favorites being A Night of Temptation and Lust and A Night of Flesh and Gluttony. The latter being one of the healthier stories within, where the concepts of authenticity and acceptance play a large role, and the former being…not so healthy with a mind-blowing, twisty cliffhanger that I’ll never forgive you for, Indie Black and B. Livingstone!
All in all, I really enjoyed these morsels of sin and corruption, and I’m very much looking forward to more. Lots of dark themes within, so be sure you’re prepared for an evening of hedonism and mischief before diving in. If you're ready, then enter the blood-red doors of Rapture, and we'll see you when the sun crests the horizon. Or will we?

Club Rapture is an exclusive club, where if you’re lucky, you’ll get to experience a night of debauchery and sin. Each level of the club represents one of the seven deadly sins.
Every story ends in a cliffhanger and leaves you begging for more. These authors have written something for everyone…from MF, MM, to RH.
This is a fantastic anthology and all the authors do a terrific job highlighting each sin and tying them together. These were great starts and I’m definitely looking forward to read the full stories when they come out.

Club Rapture brings you in on their most exclusive night ever, where you are locked in for a whole night of fun. There are 7 floors in Club Rapture, each bringing you a different color and a different sin.
~Floor 1- A Night of Rapture and Pride by Indie Black and Alisha Williams ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Troupe- MM, age gap
On this purple floor, we meet Sebastian and Tanner. Sebastian is from a wealthy successful family, who is tired of his controlling father and is looking to gain a little control of his own for a night. Tanner is from a strict family who abandoned him because of his sexual orientation. This is the only MM story of the whole book, told in dual pov but they started the anthology off with a bang! These 2 had insanely hot chemistry and even steamier fun together. They were both missing something in their lives and found it in each other for the night. Or so they thought....
I'm not normally a fan of MM romance but this was a very good story and I will most definitely be reading the full book when it comes out.
~Floor 2- A Night of Mischief and Greed by CE Lashua ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Troupe- RH
On this gold floor, we meet Layla, we is being help captive and forced to work at the club by the owner's right hand man. We also meet Logan, who is the son of the right hand man. Logan comes off as a prick in the beginning but I think that he is doing that just for his dad. When he meets Layla, he is completely different. Once Layla and Logan get started with their fun, is when we get a surprise visit from Logan’s 2 friends, Jack and Kyle, who decide to join in on the fun too. But there is something suspicious that the guys are up too and we end on quite the mysterious ending.
This short read was mainly told from Layla’s pov, was extra dirty, steamy and left me very intrigued. I can't wait for the full book to find out what exactly is going on!
~Floor 3- A Night of Temptation and Lust by Indie Black and B. Livingstone

On this pink floor, we meet divorcee River who is just looking for a good time. She meets Riggs who takes an instant liking to River and asks if she would like to play with himself, his brother Rowan and his Uncle Declan who happens to be celebrating his 40th birthday. She nervously agrees and enjoys some steamy fun with the men. Unfortunately she gets a distressing phone call in the middle of the night and has to immediately go to the hospital. The men offer to take her there and once they arrive, boy do we get one heck of a surprise thrown at us!
This story was told in multiple POV and I absolutely can't wait to see how this turns out!

This book starts off a little different then the rest. We meet all of our guys first and start off with some MM action and some flashbacks. Cain is the oldest son of Don Tomaso, and is preparing to replace his father while trying to protect his younger brother Saul, his lover Esau and his cousin Korah. There is a ton of past trauma for these guys that they are trying to get through. Next we meet Revelry as she prepares for another night she is forced to have by none other then her owner Don Tomaso. Revelry, who's real name is Saffron, has quite the dark past and I feel like it's only going to get darker. We find out that Revelry and the men all grew up together and were super close for a time until Revelry one day was taken away by Don Tomaso and not seen again. The guys arrive at the club to then be shocked by seeing Revelry on their floor. Their time together is full of anger, hurt and love reunited. They promise to never lose her again but that might just be a promise they can't keep.
This story was told in multiple POV and I absolutely loved it! This was the best story overall for me because I ticked all my favorite boxes. I'm so excited to see what Mallory and Rosa are going to bring us with this story/series. I just know it's going to be epic!
~Floor 5- A Night of Flesh and Gluttony by B. Livingstone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Troupe- RH
On this orange floor, we meet Devin. She is a librarian who suffers from hypersexuality. Because of her condition, she has had bad luck in the boyfriend department. Her hilarious best friend Nyx, talks Devin into signing up for the lock in so she can for once enjoy herself without feeling judged for her wants. Devin is a nervous wreck and is trying to talk herself into staying at the Club, when she meets Cole. He calms her down enough that she stays. There was some chemistry between them but unfortunately Cole was not on her floor, though I have a feeling he will come back into play in the full book. Next, Devin meets Lucian, who is an employee of the Club and ends up taking charge of her fun for the night. Lucian brings in 2 more helpers, Dante and Otis, and they lavish Devin with all the attention she craves and has never had.
This was the only story that didn't see the guys having any fun(if you catch my drift) and where the focus was only on the girl. The story was still hot and I look forward to the full book.
~Floor 6- A Night of Pleasure and Wrath by Maddison Cole ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Troupe- RH? MMA?
This story had me slightly confused on what all was going on. The beginning started off great. We meet Harlow, who wakes up to the worst day of her life! She is late to work, gets fired, catches boyfriend cheating and gets mugged. The only thing she ends up with is the invitation she stole from her ex as she was leaving. She decides to go to the Club in his place as payback and here is where things get confusing. When her Red floor gets announced, she ends up thrown in a fighting cage to fight some giant dude. She of course gets knocked out and when she comes to, she meets Aria, who takes her under her wing and cleans Harlow up. Aria introduces her to her foster brother's Zeke and Zane, who are not happy to have Harlow with them. Aria flips the switch on Harlow and becomes a dominant person who is trying to teach Harlow that there is pleasure in pain. We get a steamy scene with Zeke and Harlow but then the guys disappear to go do some side business. Aria and the guys claim throughout the story that they snuck in and are not supposed to be there and that they are trying to find some snitch. Aria drags Harlow out to the fight pit for some FF action and then drag her into whatever the heck they are there for, only to find out that Harlow isn't supposed to be there either. The story ends with Aria telling security that Harlow isn't supposed to be there. They drag Harlow out of the club and she vows revenge on those 3. Told in multiple POV, the story was kinky and had some hot scenes but overall I was just confused.
~Floor 7- A Night of Indulgence and Sloth by Victoria Pauley ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Troupe- MFM
This last story starts off in straight trauma. We meet Liliana and her little sister Calantha, we are being raised and abused by their Uncle and Aunt after their parents have died. It isn't explained how but flashing forward, they seemed to have escaped. Liliana is trying to move on the best she can as she continues to be super protective of her little sister. Calantha decides that Liliana deserves to be taken care of for once and signs her up for the lock in. Liliana decides that the best way for her to try to get over her trauma and move on is to go through with the lock in. There she meets Wes, who escorts her to her floor. Unbeknownst to Liliana, Wes is actually her new boss Aiden. Liliana just interviewed and got a job working for a company owned by Aiden and Kaleb. Kaleb was there for part of her interview and took a liking to her. Aiden and Kaleb occasionally work as participants of the Club and found out that Liliana had signed up. They decide that even though it's unprofessional, they need to have her. Wes/Aiden ends up blindfolding Liliana because Kaleb is going to join them and she would know who he was. They end up having one heck of a hot time and Liliana leaves feeling like a new stronger person.
This was told in multiple POV and I can't wait to see Liliana come into her own more. She has been through a lot, though we haven't got the full story, and she deserves so much to heal. I think Aiden and Kaleb are going to be great with her.

There is a ton of past trauma for these guys that they are trying to get through. Next we meet Revelry as she prepares for another night she is forced to have by none other then her owner Don Tomaso. Revelry, who's real name is Saffron, has quite the dark past and I feel like it's only going to get darker. We find out that Revelry and the men all grew up together and were super close for a time until Revelry one day was taken away by Don Tomaso and not seen again. The guys arrive at the club to then be shocked by seeing Revelry on their floor. Their time together is full of anger, hurt and love reunited. They promise to never lose her again but that might just be a promise they can't keep.
This story was told in multiple POV and I absolutely loved it! This was the best story overall for me because I ticked all my favorite boxes. I'm so excited to see what Mallory and Rosa are going to bring us with this story/series. I just know it's going to be epic!
~Floor 5- A Night of Flesh and Gluttony by B. Livingstone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Troupe- RH
On this orange floor, we meet Devin. She is a librarian who suffers from hypersexuality. Because of her condition, she has had bad luck in the boyfriend department. Her hilarious best friend Nyx, talks Devin into signing up for the lock in so she can for once enjoy herself without feeling judged for her wants. Devin is a nervous wreck and is trying to talk herself into staying at the Club, when she meets Cole. He calms her down enough that she stays. There was some chemistry between them but unfortunately Cole was not on her floor, though I have a feeling he will come back into play in the full book. Next, Devin meets Lucian, who is an employee of the Club and ends up taking charge of her fun for the night. Lucian brings in 2 more helpers, Dante and Otis, and they lavish Devin with all the attention she craves and has never had.
This was the only story that didn't see the guys having any fun(if you catch my drift) and where the focus was only on the girl. The story was still hot and I look forward to the full book.
~Floor 6- A Night of Pleasure and Wrath by Maddison Cole ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This story had me slightly confused on what all was going on. The beginning started off great. We meet Harlow, who wakes up to the worst day of her life! She is late to work, gets fired, catches boyfriend cheating and gets mugged. The only thing she ends up with is the invitation she stole from her ex as she was leaving. She decides to go to the Club in his place as payback and here is where things get confusing. When her Red floor gets announced, she ends up thrown in a fighting cage to fight some giant dude. She of course gets knocked out and when she comes to, she meets Aria, who takes her under her wing and cleans Harlow up. Aria introduces her to her foster brother's Zeke and Zane, who are not happy to have Harlow with them. Aria flips the switch on Harlow and becomes a dominant person who is trying to teach Harlow that there is pleasure in pain. We get a steamy scene with Zeke and Harlow but then the guys disappear to go do some side business. Aria and the guys claim throughout the story that they snuck in and are not supposed to be there and that they are trying to find some snitch. Aria drags Harlow out to the fight pit for some FF action and then drag her into whatever the heck they are there for, only to find out that Harlow isn't supposed to be there either. The story ends with Aria telling security that Harlow isn't supposed to be there. They drag Harlow out of the club and she vows revenge on those 3. Told in multiple POV, the story was kinky and had some hot scenes but overall I was just confused.

This last story starts off in straight trauma. We meet Liliana and her little sister Calantha, we are being raised and abused by their Uncle and Aunt after their parents have died. It isn't explained how but flashing forward, they seemed to have escaped. Liliana is trying to move on the best she can as she continues to be super protective of her little sister. Calantha decides that Liliana deserves to be taken care of for once and signs her up for the lock in. Liliana decides that the best way for her to try to get over her trauma and move on is to go through with the lock in. There she meets Wes, who escorts her to her floor. Unbeknownst to Liliana, Wes is actually her new boss Aiden. Liliana just interviewed and got a job working for a company owned by Aiden and Kaleb. Kaleb was there for part of her interview and took a liking to her. Aiden and Kaleb occasionally work as participants of the Club and found out that Liliana had signed up. They decide that even though it's unprofessional, they need to have her. Wes/Aiden ends up blindfolding Liliana because Kaleb is going to join them and she would know who he was. They end up having one heck of a hot time and Liliana leaves feeling like a new stronger person.
This was told in multiple POV and I can't wait to see Liliana come into her own more. She has been through a lot, though we haven't got the full story, and she deserves so much to heal. I think Aiden and Kaleb are going to be great with her.

2) A Night of Temptation and Lust by Indie Black and B. Livingstone is a reverse harem romance. I was pulled into this story and the cliffhanger left me begging for more. I can't wait for the full book to be released August 11, 2023 so I can get more of River, Riggs, Rowan, and Declan's story.

From the moment that this anthology was announced I've been so excited for it! I've read some of these authors, but was new to others which made me want to read it even more! This was such an awesome anthology! I really liked the uniqueness of Club Rapture. It had me blushing and glued to to my kindle all throughout.
A Night of Rapture and Pride by Indie Black & Alisha Williams - Having read both author's before, I was so happy to find out these two were joining forces for this story! I was pulled in right away. Sometimes life can put someone in your path and turn your world upside down. This look into Sebastian and Tanner's journey was heat filled and already has me looking forward to more!
A Night of Mischief and Greed by C.E. Lashua - I've read Ms.Lashua's work before so I've looked forward to this story! It grabbed my attention quickly. I wasn't sure what all to expect which I enjoyed. I enjoyed the steam and how it's got me so curious as to what all happens next!

I have to admit, I've become a fiend for MM stories and it's because of stories like this one. Williams is new to me but Indie is one of my favorite authors to read from this past year. Every project has been phenomenal and I keep getting new authors to follow and read. This story had all the heat, age gap if that's your thing, and some Dom/Sub play that I always love!

Holy branching plot Mothman! This one went places. Up, down, and all around with a little FF action. Blooming friendship and betrayal all in one, this one is hard to put into a category. It really did touch on a lot and I HAVE to read the full story when it releases.

This one was way off from the rest in my opinion. The circumstances of Liliana's entry were highly unique and came from a dark and loving place all at once. Nothing like a little MFM to balm old wounds. Fantastic read!

What a way to start off this anthology with this MM story. It follows the story of Sebastian and Tanner, and they are explosive. I can’t wait for this story to come out, because I’m dying to see how everything plays out after that cliffy!

She’s a bit overwhelmed but goes along for the ride as it’s a one night only lock-in. This includes dp, kinks, sensory deprivation, and more. It’s super spicy and delicious (a theme throughout this whole book.) I was left begging for more; this is another story that I can’t wait to see where it goes!

They use sensory deprivation to get her to let loose, and different toys to bring her pleasure. I’m not sure where this story will go next but I am so here for it! This is a why choose.

-What can I say about this particular piece except that I loved it!!! This couple was super hott and the way that these two authors wrote this piece was amazing. I loved the way the cliffhanger was just enough to make you crave the next book.

-This was a decent book. I wish we could have had a little more from all the characters but it is what it is. the cliffhanger leaves you wanting the rest of the book!!

A Night of Temptation and Lust by co-authors Indie Black and B. Livingston gave us a mini preview in this short novella told through dual perspective.
In the 3 Chapters that Indie and B delivered, it had us jumping straight into the story of River, who after meeting Riggs, his brother Rowan and their uncle Declan at Club Rapture, is taken on the ride of her life from the Burning Hot, Red, Fiery steam they pleasure her with.
Though it was only an introduction, the narrative still managed to deliver us a plot with insight into the characters. Despite the main focus being the steam.
From the way Indie and B ripped the rug from beneath courtesy of the shocking cliffhanger they left you hanging with.
It’s safe to say the co-authors definitely have me looking forward to River, Riggs, Rowan and Declan’s full story to come.

A Night of Rapture and Pride by co-authors Indie Black and Alisha Williams is a short novella told through dual perspectives of Sebastian Arthur Fitzgerald and Tanner Morrow in this Age Gap, MM Romance.
This 6 Chapters short story had us following two complete opposites; Sebastian who is 36 and looking to dominate with a willing partner. And Tanner who at 26 is looking to try something new.
When they meet at the club, it's when all hell breaks loose with co-authors Indie Black and Alisha Williams delivering never ending explosion of fireworks display in the form of Burning Red-Hot, Super Fiery steam shared between Sebastian and Tanner.
The only issue was the story seemed quite wordy, given the long descriptions and unnecessary detail IMO. It's what caused my attention to wane throughout.
However with that said, it was still a good read. And though the cliffhanger ending seemed obvious, it still had you intrigued to know how the story will play out from there.

I really enjoyed these stories and all the authors had me hooked to their stories. I devoured this book in a day. Some of the books have dark themes and have relationships that are considered taboo but they are all brilliantly written! All the authors have done an amazing job creating these stories and tying them all together into one awesome story. Each story is spicy and addictive and I can't wait for more of each one!!!!

At the event, Sebastian meets Tanner and it's an instant connection. Tanner is also in need of a night of debauchery wanting to briefly escape everyday life.
Phewww, the chemistry between these two, lit up the page! I loved this quick spicy read between Sebastian and Tanner and what was suppose to be just one night of fun between strangers, may be more than what they bargained for. Also, that cliffhanger turned into a trope I am most excited for! Can't wait to continue on with their story.

You have River who is understandably anxious after arriving at the club. She is definitely out of her element and looking for an unforgettable night. She finds that with three apparent Adonises, Riggs, Rowan, and Declan. They help her lose her inhibitions and give her a time that even I won't forget. Pheewww, 🔥. Things to expect in this short story is an age gap and tabooish romance, as well as, River's mysterious background. I just want to know more about her!
Also, that cliffhanger?! No, no, no, NO. I cannot believe you two left it like that!!! I am absolutely dying......dying to find out what happens next! 😆

She finds that with three apparent Adonises, Riggs, Rowan, and Declan. They help her lose her inhibitions and give her a time that even I won't forget. Pheewww, 🔥. Things to expect in this short story is an age gap and tabooish romance, as well as, River's mysterious background. I just want to know more about her!
Also, that cliffhanger?! No, no, no, NO. I cannot believe you two left it like that!!! I am absolutely dying......dying to find out what happens next! 😆

I loved each and every story in this book and couldn't get enough of it. There are seven stories the pack the heat. So much so that your kindle might melt in your very hands. There will be lies and false tales flying all over the place that will have you questioning the things that you think you know while reading. Deceptions are flying all over the place too and I was hooked on all of these stories and devoured this anthology. If you love your stories steamy and dark then you will love this anthology as much as I have.

A Night of Revelry and Envy was dark, suspense, why choose goodness. I absolutely loved these characters and this story. The second chance plot was perfect as was the double revenge.
I loved Revelry, she was such a tough FMC and really held her own, not only against the villains, but also the MMCs. These boys were so protective of her but failed her before and she knew she needed to take care of her own business and that she did. I love that she didn't just sit around and wait to be saved like a damsel, she kicked butt and took names. I really loved all the men too, especially Korah and Esau. Not that Cain and Saul weren't incredible, they were, but something about K and E held my heart. And Esau and Cain were *happy teary love eyes* I hated that they had to hide themselves because their love was pure as day.
It sounds like we may be getting more from these five and if so I'll be so happy!

I hope that this will be turned in a full length read, because that ending was cruel!

This is a collection featuring many amazing romance authors and a lot of my must-read authors have contributed to this anthology. Just make sure you read the trigger warnings before reading the stories as there is some potentially triggering content.

This book was fire! Every story in this anthology was so steamy and delicious. I loved every single story they were all well written and definitely left me drooling.

And we start off strong with this anthology with a sinfully delicious novella where two men meet up . Have one night of hardcore passion and part at the end kind of like a hot twisted Cinderella vibe . Except this ends In a club at 6 am. I’m so waiting to finish this delicious story and see what happens when the two run into one another again .

Oo wow I was totally floored with the ending of this juicy little story. Not only was the steam fire it totally consumed . I was delightfully pleased with the story.

Sebastian being the heir to a huge empire that his father and board control him needs a release. while tanner is looking for the same but for a slightly different reason. Tanner sees Sebastian and is instantly drawn in. As is Sebastian, but by the end did the intentions change for both. This does end on a cliffhanger as it is going to be its own full length novel to be released beginning of 2023.
